According to them, all access roads to the city are under shelling, and in the Svitle and Rivne districts, a «cauldron» has long been formed.

«The enemy moves freely around the city – not only in the south, but also in the center and north. He has created infrastructure for his pilots who strike the north of Myrnohrad and beyond its borders. He has numerous launch positions. Artillery is being accumulated in parallel. In several districts, signs of command posts have been spotted, communication equipment and EW assets have been installed. We are no longer able to strike the enemy in the south of Myrnohrad», – the military state.
