In the Tymoshenko case, SAPO announced a new recording of conversations and requests a closed session of HACC

New recording of Tymoshenko’s conversations about bribes: SAPO requests a closed session in HACC.

According to SAPO prosecutor Vitaliy Hrechyshkin, the investigation has another recording of Yuliya Tymoshenko’s conversations, which allegedly discusses bribes, but it is not being used at the moment.

HACC plans to examine the original recording of Tymoshenko’s conversation with Kopytin. The hearing will likely take place in closed session, as SAPO believes that publicizing the recording could harm the investigation.

The case hearing has been postponed to tomorrow at 10:30.
