Received bribes for honey certificates: in Kropyvnytskyi, a customs officer was sentenced.
This concerns the deputy head of the control and customs payments administration department of the Kropyvnytskyi Customs, Oleksandr Florinskyi. The customs informed the journalist of “Dostup. Media” that the official has resigned.
According to the investigation, in October 2025, a representative of the company LLC “ATS Ukraine”, which exported bee honey abroad, approached the official. The same day, they met near a supermarket in Kropyvnytskyi.
During the meeting, the official offered “help” — promised to influence his colleagues so that they would issue certificates of origin without hindrance. For this, he demanded 200 US dollars per certificate.
The entrepreneur agreed but turned to law enforcement.
In November 2025, the customs officer received 400 dollars, and in January 2026 — another 800 dollars for processing several batches of honey.
In court, the accused fully admitted his guilt. As a result, the court imposed a punishment in the form of a fine — 59,500 hryvnias.
