Broke the lock and entered without permission: in Khmelnytskyi region, reports of unauthorized TRC intrusion into a private house

TRC have started breaking down doors and bursting into homes: in Khmelnytskyi region, they report an intrusion into a house without the owners.

According to the tenant of the house in the village of Pyatnychany, Kamyanets-Podilskyi district, while he was not at home, representatives of the TRC allegedly burst into the dwelling together with the police. Witnesses claim that about 6 people were armed with batons and broke the lock on the doors, after which they entered inside without the permission of the owner or tenant.

The man states that the dwelling is not his property; however, he emphasizes that this does not give anyone the right to damage property and enter the house without legal grounds and appropriate procedures. According to him, similar cases have already occurred before, but there was no proper response.
