Zelenskyy noted that Trump is not capable of becoming a guarantor of peace in Ukraine.

"For example, in the US they refer to President Trump. Trump has another two and a half years ahead, and what then?" — he said.

In addition, he again rejected the withdrawal of troops from the Donetsk region.

"They demand that we leave the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Of course, strategically this is a defeat for us, a defeat for the Armed Forces. We have fortifications, a line of defense — we will clearly weaken," — the president stated.
