On January 21, an interview appeared that Hennadiy Balashov conducted with the criminal authority Leonid Roitman.
In this interview, Roitman expressed the opinion that Kuchma was and remains the main oligarch in Ukraine, and that his influence did not disappear after leaving the presidential office.
Notably, immediately after this interview appeared, Kuchma on January 22 approached Poroshenko with the suggestion that Kravchuk participate with him in the Minsk negotiations.
Roitman’s opinion is yet another confirmation of my words that Kuchma is the main "pahan" (boss) in Ukraine, the creator of the stationary bandit state. I have always said that the main task of the Orange Revolution was not accomplished — Kuchma, Pinchuk, and Medvedchuk were not removed. Today we see the result. The foundation of the bandit system, which will continually regenerate new metastases, has not been removed. Therefore, Kuchma needs to be neutralized. Otherwise, there will be no improvements.
