12 times more expensive than analogues: Yuriy Kasyanov stated about million-dollar overpayments on Fire Point drones from the budget funds

Fire Point company drones, purchased with budget funds, are 12 times more expensive than more effective drones.

This was stated by Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Yuriy Kasyanov at a meeting of the parliamentary investigative commission.

According to him, in 2023, a drone capable of reaching Moscow cost his unit approximately $4.5 thousand. Meanwhile, the Fire Point drone already cost about $55 thousand at that time. «Even though some of our components were even more expensive», — noted Kasyanov.
