Court imposes preventive measure on soldier for beating comrade-in-arms

The court has chosen detention at the guardhouse as a pre-trial restraint measure for a soldier suspected of beating a serviceman of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade.

This was reported in a comment to UP by the specialized prosecutor’s office for defence in the Eastern region.

On May 7, this decision was made by the Central District Court of the city of Dnipro. The suspect has been arrested until July 4.
