The main perpetrators of embezzling funds from «Energoatom» — «Rocket» and «Tenor» — in a conversation between themselves in September 2025 say that Synyuk advised them this. But they hesitate on how to use him. First, they say, let’s order him some topic completely unrelated to their group. And then we’ll use him, but not for current daily data leaks. But for some one-time important issues.

And already in October, user Synyuk accessed the closed database of criminal proceedings to check all cases where members of Mindich’s criminal group were mentioned. He was neither a prosecutor in these cases nor, even in the status of deputy head of SAPO, had the right to dig into these cases. But he did. And shortly after this infiltration, Mindich’s «cashier» Tsukerman abruptly fled Ukraine. NABU wasn’t even targeting him yet, but he understood everything and fled first.

And Synyuk abruptly resigned from SAPO after that. Where he is now – I don’t know. But I know many cases when scumbags, after grabbing their share, resigned with a bundle of money sufficient to start a new life somewhere a bit farther from Ukraine.
