Pochaiv City Council Deputy Zinevych bought his way out of prison with a donation to the Armed Forces after schemes involving fictitious booking

Deputy who promised to reserve a draft dodger for $10,000 through the Ministry of Defence received a fine of 30,000 UAH and transferred funds to the AFU.

OPFL deputy of Pochaiv City Council (Ternopil region) Valeriy Zinevych admitted his guilt, entered into a plea agreement with the investigation, and donated 250,000 UAH to the AFU. The court imposed a fine on him — 31,600 UAH. He was to reserve the draft dodger through fictitious employment at the Central Specialized Construction Directorate of the MoD.
