“Let him come to Moscow”: Putin responded to Zelenskyy’s initiative on direct negotiations
Slovak Prime Minister Fico informed Putin about Zelenskyy’s proposal to hold a personal meeting.
“There was no special message from Zelenskyy; I heard once again that Zelenskyy is ready to hold a personal meeting. We have never refused this. Whoever wants to meet – let them come to Moscow,” Putin stated.
At the same time, the head of the Russian Federation did not rule out the option of a meeting in a third country, but only after the conclusion of final agreements.
“One can meet in a third country as well, but only in the case when final agreements are reached for a long-term historical perspective,” Putin said.
