In Lviv, a man took a 13-year-old girl hostage while trying to escape from the TRC: the offender was detained

In Lviv, a man, noticing a TRC patrol, took a 13-year-old girl hostage.

According to police data, the incident occurred on Kavaleridze Street. A 43-year-old resident of Lviv used tear gas, grabbed the girl, and held a knife to her throat.

Police officers and TRC representatives detained the man and freed the child. The girl was not injured.

A criminal case has been opened under the article on illegal deprivation of liberty or kidnapping.
