Housing for 1000 hryvnias per square meter: NABU revealed details of the developer’s "gratitude" to Minister Chernyshov

At the beginning of the construction of the «Dynasty» residential complex in 2021, the facility was consecrated, as mentioned in the NABU video.

For the ceremony, they invited a priest whose wife in 2022 already became the formal owner of one of the apartments that, according to the investigation, were provided to the then Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Chernyshov and persons close to him as undue benefit.

This concerns the NABU and SAPO case, within which the developer allegedly «thanked» the official with significant discounts on apartments in already built residential complexes.

According to the investigation, the square meter of housing cost from 1 to 8 thousand hryvnias at a market price of about 30 thousand.

During the court hearings in the case, representatives of the CPC stated that it concerns apartments in the «Crystal Springs» residential complex near Teremky in Kyiv.

Despite the full-scale invasion, the construction of «Dynasty» not only did not stop but became more active.
