«Needles under the nails and torture in the pit»: Metropolitan of Bancheny (UOC) Longin accused TRC employees of abusing his son.

«When they took my son, they beat him all night. They filled bottles with water and sand and beat him all night. These are barbarians, this is the destruction of Ukraine, the genocide of the Ukrainian people» – the metropolitan stated during a sermon in the Bancheny Monastery.

He also said that TRC employees forced one of the priests of Bukovina to dig a two-meter-deep pit, threw him there, and poured water on him until morning.

«When they first took my priest, it was scary because of his clothes – they tore the cassock. I was silent, but I won’t be silent anymore. They forced him to dig a two-meter-deep pit, threw him into it, poured water – a full pit – and kept him all night. Here are the real criminals! Needles under the nails to make them sign that they are going to fight voluntarily. Is this an army!?», – said the metropolitan.

He claims to have video evidence of these tortures and abuses.
