Only 10% legality: NABU uncovered a scheme of laundering 9 million dollars in the construction of estates for Yermak and entourage

According to NABU, only 10% of the funding for the construction of cottages for Yermak and his entourage was conducted legally — through the company «Sunny Beach», controlled by «Dynasty».

At the same time, funds were credited to the accounts of this company from firms «that have signs of fictitiousness», — for example, from legal entities in the pharmaceutical industry.

The main part of the funding, according to the investigation, came from funds «obtained criminally». Payments were made in cash — including through Chernyshov’s personal assistant in one of the Kyiv offices. In particular, audio recordings have been made public in which Chernyshov claims that he personally tracks the funds transferred by Yermak (designated as R2) for the construction (the last two screenshots).

Part of the «black» money passed through the entourage of «Carlson» (Timur Mindich). The plan was to build five facilities — four residential residences and one public one with a gym, spa, and other entertainments (in the footage — the design of the house for Yermak).

The investigation emphasizes that after the start of the full-scale war, the construction of cottages did not stop, «but even intensified», as workers were switched to a more intensive shift schedule.

In 2024, the group tried to legalize more funds for construction, since its scale did not match the officially reflected expenses. For this, schemes were used to increase the «cash-out percentage». In the end, according to the investigation, 9 million dollars were laundered over the entire construction period.
