This device is designed to track the location of a suspect during house arrest or as an alternative to detention.

 “I have fulfilled all the obligations imposed on me by the court: I wear an electronic bracelet and have surrendered all foreign passports.

A record bail was posted for me, and many people also helped. In total, the amount exceeds 150 million”, – Yermak said.

Instead, the lawyer claimed that the bail money had to be collected from acquaintances.

“If Yermak can provide 10–12 million, then where does the 180 million bail come from? We had to borrow from all our acquaintances”.
