The Verkhovna Rada has ratified the loan agreement with the EU for €90 billion.

The document was backed by 298 MPs — both in principle and in full. It concerns attracting financial assistance to Ukraine worth up to €90 billion for 2026–2027.

To receive the funds, Ukraine has committed to a series of specific obligations. The official document includes a detailed list of structural reforms in the tax and customs areas, broken down by tranches.
