Court arrests SBGSU official and drone manufacturer in case of extorting 1 million hryvnias

The Higher Anti-Corruption Court applied preventive measures to an official of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the owner of a private drone manufacturing company, who are suspected of demanding $1 million.

This was reported by the SAPO press service.

By the decision of the investigating judge, the SBGS official was taken into custody with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of UAH 4 million.

The entrepreneur was also imposed a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of UAH 44,262,000.
