Electric car for 5 thousand and humanitarian aid: chief specialist Konopatska of the court in Vinnytsia published the declaration

Maryna Konopatska, chief specialist of the Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal, declared UAH 146,000 in humanitarian aid and two vehicles purchased at significantly reduced prices.

A 42.4 m² apartment in Vinnytsia, acquired in 2003, has been declared. The official has the right to use this housing jointly with Oksana Kazymyryvna Konopatska.

Main sources of income:

•  Seventh Administrative Court of Appeal — salary UAH 269,500.
• Department of Social Policy of the Vinnytsia City Council — charitable (humanitarian) aid UAH 146,000.
• Income from inheritance or gift from a first- or second-degree family member UAH 50,000.

The declaration lists two vehicles:

• Peugeot Partner (2006) — acquired on 04.10.2025 for UAH 50,000.
• Volkswagen e-Golf (2015) — acquired on 27.07.2023 for UAH 5,000.

Both vehicles are owned by Maryna Konopatska.

For comparison, according to online car marketplaces at the time of purchase, the average market value of a 2006 Peugeot Partner in Ukraine was approximately UAH 90,000–140,000, depending on condition and mileage. The market value of a 2015 Volkswagen e-Golf in July 2023 ranged from UAH 280,000 to 420,000.
