Defendants in the money laundering case, brothers Vasyl and Andriy Veseli, are driving around in a Ferrari in Monaco

Businessman Vasyl Veselyi, at whose residence the SSU and National Police recently conducted searches in a money laundering case, may now be living in a villa near Monaco. He was spotted behind the wheel of a Ferrari on the Cote d’Azur together with his brother Andriy.

This is mentioned in the new investigation “Monaco Battalion 4” by “Ukrainian Pravda”.

At the end of 2024, Andriy Veselyi became a co-owner of Ukraine’s largest chemical enterprise “Karpatnaftohim,” which had previously been under arrest due to ties with the Russian Federation. Journalists had also previously linked the brothers to influence over Sense Bank and other high-profile business stories.

According to UP sources in law enforcement agencies, after the launch of the NABU and SAPO operation “Midas,” Vasyl Veselyi almost stopped appearing in Ukraine. At the beginning of June, the SSU and National Police conducted searches at his residence in a money laundering case, after which he left the country.
