Vasyl Veselyi worked as an advisor to the supervisory board of the state-owned "Sense Bank," and his mandate included government relations and communications.

This was stated by NBU Deputy Governor Dmytro Oliynyk during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada’s temporary investigative commission on September 2.

Veselyi provided consulting services to the bank’s previous supervisory board. The specific content of his work was not publicly disclosed.

Veselyi’s name appeared in the published recordings of conversations in the "Midas" case. Individuals identified by investigators as Veselyi and Oleksandr Tsukerman discussed candidates for the supervisory board of "Sense Bank."
