In Balta, Odesa region, a two-year-old boy who was hit by a TRC employee is currently in intensive care.

Local public pages are reporting this, citing the child’s father.

According to him, he was walking with his son to a neighbor when a car with TRC employees stopped nearby. A police officer and a military commissar tried to forcibly detain the 23-year-old man. He broke free, and the child was left on the road. The driver of the TRC car suddenly started moving and hit the boy.
