Russian drone hits SSU building in Kyiv: target was Poklad’s office, — Zelenskyy

A Russian drone struck the central building of the SSU on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv, opposite St. Sophia Cathedral. The President announced the need to prepare a response to the strike.

This was reported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

According to him, he spoke with the head of the SSU, Oleksandr Poklad. All emergency services are working at the scene, and the victims will be provided with the necessary assistance.

Zelenskyy stated that the drone was aimed directly at the office of the head of the SSU.

“I instructed Poklad to respond to the Russians adequately, tangibly, and, if possible, symmetrically to this strike, once everything is prepared. Our military will support this response,” the president noted.
