In the Lviv region, law enforcement officers exposed and detained 7 members of a criminal organization who, for money, helped conscripts evade mobilization. The cost of such services ranged from $7,000 to $20,000.

According to law enforcement, the scheme participants organized fake diagnoses, medical documents, registration of disability, and deferments from mobilization for clients. In some cases, they also facilitated the illegal departure of men abroad.

Investigators claim that more than 60 people could have been involved in the scheme.

Law enforcement conducted over 60 searches. During the investigative actions, they seized weapons, 8 premium-class cars, and cash amounting to over 5 million UAH.

All 7 detainees were notified of suspicion. The court imposed a preventive measure of detention without the right to post bail.
