Strike 1200 km from the border: General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirms attacks on Slavyanskyi and Taneko refineries

Overnight, Ukrainian forces struck two Russian oil refineries.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to its data, the Slavyanskyi oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai was damaged, and a fire broke out on the enterprise’s territory.

An attack was also carried out on the Taneko oil refinery in Tatarstan, where, according to statements from the General Staff of the AFU, one of the tanks caught fire.

The authorities of Tatarstan confirmed the drone attack on Nizhnekamsk, where this plant is located, and the fire at the enterprise, but stated that production was not stopped.
