Russian jet drones destroyed the Cersanit plant in Zvyahel: production will be halted for at least six months

In Zvyahel, Zhytomyr region, the Cersanit Invest ceramic production plant suffered serious damage as a result of a Russian attack.

This was reported by the company’s press service.

On the night of September 12, the enterprise was attacked by Russian jet drones.

All employees who were on the plant’s territory were safely evacuated - no one was killed.

However, the attack caused serious damage to the enterprise, in particular - key elements of the ceramic tile production cycle. 

"In the current state, restoration of production and its further operation are impossible. A detailed assessment of the scale of destruction and related damages is currently underway. Based on a preliminary assessment, Cersanit assumes that the restoration of the plant’s production capacities will take at least six months," the report says.
