Frontline situation: RF conducted 197 attacks in a day, with the heaviest assaults on the Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivka directions

In total, since the beginning of this day, there have been 197 combat engagements.

This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy carried out 65 air strikes, dropping 205 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 6,448 kamikaze drones for strikes and conducted 1,890 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops. 

No offensive activity by the enemy was noted on the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions.

During the day, on the South Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy assaulted the positions of our units four times in the direction of the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Volokhivka, and near Lyman and Startsi; one more combat engagement is still ongoing.

On the Kupyansk direction, the Defence Forces repelled two enemy assaults in the direction of Kivsharivka.

On the Lyman direction, our defenders successfully repelled two attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novosergiivka and Novoselivka; 

On the Slovyansk direction, the Defence Forces halted seven attempts by the invaders to advance near the settlements of Yampil, Ozerne, Kryva Luka, and Mykolaivka; one more attack is ongoing.

On the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders halted one enemy attack in the direction of the settlement of Yurkivka.

On the Kostyantynivka direction, the Defence Forces repelled 18 enemy assaults near Kostiantynivka, Dovha Balka, Rusyn Yar, Toretske, and Kucherove Yar.

A total of 21 attacks were repelled on the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance in the direction of Dobropillia, Myrnyi, Serhiivka, and in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Shevchenko, and Udachne.

According to preliminary estimates, 43 occupiers were eliminated and 10 were wounded here today; one tank, 13 units of motor vehicles, one artillery piece, two units of special equipment, 31 enemy shelters, a fuel and lubricants depot, and an ammunition depot were destroyed. Five units of motor vehicles, three artillery pieces, one unit of special equipment, two unmanned aerial vehicle control points, and 86 enemy shelters were damaged. 342 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.

Our defenders repelled three enemy attacks on the Oleksandrivka direction in the direction of Ternove.

Six enemy attacks were recorded on the Huliaipole direction in the areas of the settlements of Hirke and Charivne.

On the Orikhiv direction, our defenders repelled one enemy attack in the direction of Chervona Krynytsia.

There were no assault actions by the enemy on the Prydniprovskyi direction.

No significant changes in the situation occurred on other directions.
