Nowadays, there are not so many enterprises left that are state-owned and have not been subject to "privatization."

These are mainly enterprises of strategic importance. However, nowadays, even such enterprises are transitioning from state to private ownership. In this "division," opposition deputies are actively participating.

For example, the People’s Deputy from the "Batkivshchyna" union, Valeriy Dubil, and his fellow party member in the Chernihiv Regional Council, Oleh Averyanov, have shown particular agility in this regard.

The focus of their attention became the State Enterprise "Prylutsky Fire and Special Machine Building Plant ’Pozhspetsmash’." This is a unique and the only enterprise on the territory of Ukraine that is engaged in the production of engineering products for firefighting purposes and special equipment for eliminating the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster and emergencies of a technogenic and military nature, as well as conducting scientific and project work in this field.

In short, all firefighting equipment is manufactured at this enterprise. Dubil and Averyanov appreciated the uniqueness of this enterprise: you can produce products and do not have competitors.

The property appropriation scheme is quite simple. First, these deputies created companies, including one with the same name, LLC "Pozhspetsmash." Subsequently, with the involvement of the state enterprise’s management, they re-registered the technical documentation for the production of special equipment to LLC "Pozhspetsmash." The price of this documentation was ten times lower than its actual worth.

Then, to another company, Dubil and Averyanov re-registered the machines and other production means. Only empty premises remained at the state enterprise. And who needs them in the industrial part of the city of Pryluky?

Next, of course, the traces of illegal activity need to be hidden. For this purpose, a series of unprofitable contracts were signed: they bought raw materials at a high price and sold them cheaply. As soon as debt arose, they immediately went to court with a lawsuit to declare the enterprise bankrupt and liquidate it. No enterprise, no problems!

However, I believe that such activities will not go unnoticed by our law enforcement agencies. Here, one might recall the slogans of our opposition parties that they will build a state for the people. Perhaps, people like Dubil and Averyanov will be the ones to build this state.
