Radisson hotel in Croatia may belong to fugitive businessman Boholyubov - media

The controversial former ex-owner of PrivatBank, Hennadiy Boholyubov, appears to have forgotten to inform the High Court of London that he has a stake in a luxury Radisson hotel in Croatia, despite his obligation to disclose his assets.

The Telegraph publication was able to discover that a number of companies and their executives, closely associated with the former owners of PrivatBank, are co-owners and managers of the Croatian hotel Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split.

The mentioned hotel in Croatia belongs to three companies - AEDRO FINANCE LTD (Belize offshore), Croatian MEMENTO doo and Cyprus OLBIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED. The latter company is one of the debtors considered to be associated with PrivatBank during the Boholyubov-Kolomoiskyi era and appears on the corresponding list .

In turn, OLBIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED through the offshore MERVINOX HOLDING LTD belongs to Serhiy Dysterhov, who is described as “Boholyubov’s man.” At the same time, the director of the companies that own and manage the hotel is a certain Marianna Giannaku, who simultaneously manages a number of other companies from the orbit of Boholyubov-Kolomoiskyi.

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Split is actively developing, recently moving from 4-star to 5-star. So far it is not included in the list of property included by the High Court of London in the so-called Freezing Order to seize the assets of Kolomoiskyi-Boholyubov. But, given the facts presented, the situation around this asset at a minimum requires careful study.
