Kostyantyn Shpilyovyi — technology of earning from Odesa public figures

How to change faces in the modern political sphere? Surely, every citizen of our country has thought about the question – when will these old hypocrites, who cling to the budgetary vein, leave.

This is how the political arena of Ukraine is arranged, where there is a category of political figures whose status does not change significantly with a change of power; only the rhetoric, pre-election slogans, and positions change. The essence of these politicians remains unchanged – an insatiable desire to "pump" as much money from the budget as the situation and position allow, and to share it with those necessary to allow further fruitful activity.

And now, when the ruling power everywhere declares ideas of European integration, the formation of a truly legal and effective state, the "old guard" of "regionals," emboldened, begins to raise its head and look for opportunities to regain lost positions by any means. One of such representatives, who held a position in the Main Control Department of the Presidential Administration during the times of the runaway president Yanukovych, is Kostyantyn Shpilyovyi, a deputy of the Odesa City Council. This person arranged his work system to be as efficient as possible, thereby bringing him regular substantial income.

With Yanukovych’s escape, his positions were shaken, but Shpilyovyi is made in such a way that he does not lose heart. Riding the wave of protest sentiments, he found a new way to make money – by entering into contractual relationships on mutually beneficial terms with a representative of the "Democratic Alliance" party in Odesa, Serhiy Sarafanyuk, he creates grounds for involving the public controlled by the latter in the affairs of certain entrepreneurs under any slightly effective pretext (and sometimes without it at all), thereby creating some discomfort for them. And here, seemingly by chance, Kostyantyn Shpilyovyi appears and offers to solve all issues with the "public figures" under his control for an amount with five or four zeros (depending on the entrepreneur’s field of activity and scale of production).

And these are far from the most noble interests of Shpilyovyi. In the last elections to the Verkhovna Rada, he managed to be a technical candidate. Because he knows that it pays well. He campaigned with an election program, made certain promises, thereby deceiving potential voters in advance. And perhaps the most straightforward in his understanding – is the phrase "I am a responsible family man and father," because he knows that there is such a perception in society that only a good family man deserves to be a people’s deputy. In fact, Kostyantyn Shpilyovyi is a person with a non-traditional sexual orientation. No, we have no right to judge him, but why so blatantly lie to people from the TV screens?
