The business of selling "positions at the trough" has blossomed with great vigor. Funds are received not only by the Prime Minister but also by close associates at virtually all levels.

From the information I have, now it is time to "make offerings" to some judges. In particular, there is an agreement with representatives of the new, uncorrupted, and democratic government concluded by the Deputy Chairman of the High Commercial Court of Ukraine, Artur Yemelyanov.

Artur Yemelyanov has been known to the Ukrainian press for a long time. His fame is based on the rapid ascent of the "young and talented" star in the judicial firmament.

In 2000, he was appointed as a judge of the Donetsk Regional Commercial Court for a term of five years.

In 2005, he became a judge of the Donetsk Regional Commercial Court without a term limit.

From 2005 to 2010, he worked as the deputy head of the Donetsk Regional Commercial Court.

From 2010 to 2011, he was the head of the Donetsk Regional Commercial Court.

Having climbed all the steps of the commercial judicial vertical in the Donetsk region, Yemelyanov was transferred to Kyiv in 2011, where he headed the Capital’s Commercial Court.

A year later, he became the Chairman of the Kyiv Appeal Commercial Court.

During the meeting of the Council, at which Yemelyanov was appointed as the head of the Kyiv Commercial Court, the commission members did not ask him a single question.

The main argument in favor of his candidacy was the recommendation of Artur Stanislavovich’s old acquaintance, the head of the HCCU Viktor Tatkov.

Then Yemelyanov was appointed a judge of the Higher Specialized Court, and two weeks after his appointment, the Council of Judges of the Commercial Courts recommended him for the position of Deputy Chairman of the HCCU.

The career is dizzying, to say the least.

It was accomplished thanks to the strong support of his patron — the head of the HCCU Tatkov. To understand how "business is done" by this pair, inseparable from Donetsk, here are a few links: Article 1, Article 2, Article 3, Article 4, Article 5, Article 6, Article 7.

They "work" on order, executing tasks of any complexity:

"An organized system of property seizure through unlawful judicial decisions has developed in Ukraine. Some judges today have become leaders of organized raider groups, experts note.

As an example, they cite a recent media report that exposed the head of the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine Viktor Tatkov, which harmed investors — the Polish company "Piast" and its Ukrainian subsidiary "Feed Mill ’PIAST-Nizhyn’", as well as Ukrainian "Radosyn", who invested over ten million hryvnias in the construction of a poultry farm.

The owners lost the enterprise through the bankruptcy scheme of "Radosyn", and the claims of legitimate creditors were recognized as hopeless. Various media outlets uncover raider schemes carried out by Viktor Tatkov and his deputy Artur Yemelyanov, in the interests of the Russian raider group of Anvar Farukshin, Boris Fedotov, and German Alimov.

On February 23, 2014, several officials from the "former" were dismissed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, yet no mention was made of the dismissal of the head of the HCCU Tatkov. Similarly, nothing was said about Artur Yemelyanov, his deputy.

Artur Yemelyanov, it is claimed, continues to manage his hotel business in one of the EU countries, also controlling business in the Donetsk region and feels quite comfortable.

As they say, a particular confidence was instilled in Mr. Yemelyanov after reaching an agreement with the new Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko.

It was thanks to this strong contact that Artur Yemelyanov managed to negotiate changes to the draft Law of Ukraine "On Restoring Confidence in the Judicial System of Ukraine" developed by the Cabinet of Ministers.

In the negotiations about "correcting" the draft, according to my information, Serhiy Vlasenko and Serhiy Pashynskyi were involved. As a result of the changes, deputies of court heads are excluded from the circle of persons to be dismissed as a result of the power lustration.

Now about the cost of the matter. According to my sources, "representatives of the new government" have already received three million US dollars, with two more to be transferred soon. In total — 5 million and a full indulgence. Not expensive, right?

"Castrated" draft law will be brought to the Verkhovna Rada for consideration shortly.

As they say, the further into the woods, the more faith in the new government. Lustration is in full swing...
