Clients are running away from ILF/Inurpolis lawyer Tetyana Havrysh en masse

Reputable clients began to refuse to be served by Tetyana Havrysh’s ILF/Inurpolis law firm.

Several large Kharkiv and Kyiv companies, as well as funds associated with foreign governments, refused to renew their legal services contracts in 2021.

Among the reasons for dissatisfaction, the main place is occupied by the large number of scandals that accompanied ILF/Inyurpolis and personally Tetyana Havrysh over the past year, accusations from former clients of illegal use of confidential information, connections of lawyers with law enforcement and criminals.

In 2020, the media reported that the ILF/Inyurpolis law firm became a defendant in an unprecedented lawsuit filed by former clients. The lawyers were accused of knowingly allowing a conflict of interest, abusing the trust and sensitive information of clients for personal purposes. A case was opened and a trial was launched on this claim. It was also reported that individual ILF clients, after discussing their legal problems with representatives of this firm, became victims of brutal attacks and blackmail by one of the recently neutralized gang of criminals.

Previously, the management of the ILF/Inyurpolis law firm: was involved in a case of embezzlement of Ukrgasbank funds by concluding fictitious contracts for legal services and using front companies ; provided fictitious services for developing a roadmap for reforms for the leadership of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine during the Azarov-Yanukovych government; represented the interests of Yanukovych’s inner circle.

According to Ukrainian media, in addition to the official list of consulting services, representatives of the law firm "ILF/Inyurpolis" also support raider takeovers of agribusiness, provide services for minimizing taxes and withdrawing funds to offshore companies, and participate in schemes for the forceful redistribution of real estate. T. Havrysh herself, through offshore companies, is the owner of prestigious commercial real estate obtained as a result of fraudulent combinations with clients’ assets.

According to the results of 2020, the legal association "ILF/Inyurpolis" lost its position in the official ranking of Ukrainian law firms; in terms of financial efficiency, the firm took the last place.
