MP Sent a Parliamentary Inquiry Regarding Rudyk and Arakhamia’s Citizenship

State authorities must confirm or deny information about US passports allegedly held by MPs. This concerns David Arakhamia, about whose American citizenship Telegram channels have repeatedly written, and Kira Rudyk — who became known for failing three times to answer whether she has US citizenship. MP Oleksandr Kachura from "Servant of the People" decided to resolve this issue and sent a parliamentary inquiry to the competent authorities.

"From mass media, I became aware that the people’s deputy Rudyk K.A. uses a Ukrainian citizen’s passport when crossing the Ukrainian border, and a US citizen’s passport when crossing other countries’ borders," — the document states.

Kachura sent the parliamentary inquiry to three agencies at once.

"Time to figure it out!? I am primarily for justice. And as a lawyer, I believe that everyone should follow the laws, especially if you are the one writing them. Today, my parliamentary inquiry will be read to the SSU, Migration, and Border Services," — the MP wrote in his Telegram channel.

Kachura also hinted that he knows the possible outcome.

"I already have some insider information," — he stated.
