Where did the officials of frontline Zaporizhzhya run off to with their "supervisors"?

While the regional center is becoming a point of support for thousands of internally displaced persons, the position of some officials is raising more and more questions.

After the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in the Zaporizhzhya region, 4/5 of its territory has already been occupied. As of today, the enemy is thoroughly bogged down; it could only boast of the pace of advance in the first week of the war, when in such strategic points as, for example, 150-thousand Melitopol or 110-thousand Berdyansk, Russian troops encountered virtually no resistance.

In those days, the residents of the region did not see any clear reaction from top officials. Governor Oleksandr Starukh was silent, his deputy Zlata Nekrasova, according to the employees of the Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, on February 24, she packed her things from her office, a laptop, and disappeared in an unknown direction, as it later became known - she left the country, like her lover, the regional council deputy Viktor Shcherbyna, through whose pocket she had been running all the budget money of the Zaporizhzhya region for 2 years. The leaders of the region got in touch only when it became clear that the leader of the state, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and with him the Ukrainian soldiers, would not surrender an inch of their native land to the aggressor.

It is no secret, and we have previously reported this many times, that sometimes the leadership of the Zaporizhzhya region boldly takes frankly weak pro-Ukrainian and strong corrupt positions thanks to an influential patron - businessman Vemir Davityan, who gained popularity thanks to communication in restaurants and in the Presidential Office with his friend - David Arakhamia.

Despite his background as the "overseer" of Zaporizhzhya, as he calls himself, Vemir Surenovych clearly does not look after the regional center during wartime. Ordinary Zaporizhzhya residents ask themselves: why is this young and seemingly strong man still, if not on the front line, then at least not in the ranks of territorial defense? Or did he exchange Zaporizhzhya, so dear to him until recently, for the Cote d’Azur? And if so, how did he cross the border? After all, a man very similar to Vemir Davityan was recently seen abroad.

After our victory, such Davityans, who are now hiding in foreign hotels, will return to Ukraine again to regain their status as "overseers" of budget flows.

If we do not change our attitude towards them, then the ones who will have authority at the local level will be the ones who “overseer” the theft of budgetary funds, and not the real patriots who did everything for victory – shedding blood on the front lines and financially supporting the soldiers.
