The father of the deputy head of the State Agency of Land Resources, despite construction restrictions, built an estate over the Dnipro
The father of the former deputy head of the State Agency of Land Resources, Artem Kadomskyi – Mark Kadomskyi – is recorded as owning half a hectare of land and an estate in the village of Lyutizh near Kyiv.
This became known from the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate.
It concerns four land plots with a total area of 0.42 hectares. The property rights were acquired by the 71-year-old Mark Kadomskyi in June 2012. A year later, in October 2013, ownership of the estate located on the combined plots was registered.
The estate includes a residential house, a guest house, a utility block, and a hangar (a structure for storing vessels). The total area of the real estate is 927 sq.m, with 243 sq.m being residential.
The estate is located on the bank of the Kyiv Reservoir. According to satellite maps, the distance from the house to the Dnipro River is about 60 m. Let us remind you, according to the Land Code, a protective coastal strip of 100 meters is established along the banks of large rivers and reservoirs, within which residential construction is prohibited.
Artem Kadomskyi worked in the land resources agencies since the late 90s, during which time he progressed from being a chief specialist of the city’s land resources management to the first deputy head of the Main Department of Land Resources of the Kyiv City State Administration. Kadomskyi held the position of first deputy head of the State Agency of Land Resources of Ukraine from 2011 to October 2014.
Kadomskyi was dismissed by a Cabinet of Ministers order in connection with the implementation of the "Law on Cleansing of Power". Kadomskyi’s declarations have not yet been published.
According to the Unified State Register, Artem Kadomskyi did not personally have a business, while Mark Kadomskyi owned a private company "KMK-1" until 2006, which was engaged in the trade of furniture and carpets.
