The Kremlin has sent specially trained troops to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to “paint a picture” for Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin. In particular, they will supervise falsifications and monitor the work of election commissions during the so-called “presidential elections” of the Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense. It is noted that on the eve of the so-called Putin elections, Russia is increasing pressure on the TOT of Ukraine.

“To create a fake picture of “support” for the Russian dictator, the occupiers sent specially trained detachments to the enslaved territories who will supervise falsifications and monitor the work of the so-called election commissions,” the DIU noted.

In particular, one of the tasks of these teams is to report on the readiness of enterprise workers to “vote” by March 10, 2024, as well as provide a forecast of “support” for dictator Putin.

The Kremlin also approved a new “procedure” for conducting “voting” at the TOT of Ukraine. So, now you can take part in illegal “elections” in enslaved territories with both a Russian and Ukrainian passport, ID card or other identification document.

“This decision indicates the failure of forced passportization in the occupied territories of Ukraine, and is also another tool of the Russian special services to identify “unreliable” Ukrainians for repression,” the intelligence agency stated.

At the same time, on orders from Moscow, the occupation administrations and propagandists are actively spreading fake news about supposedly “85% support” for Putin in the occupied territories, and also promoting the so-called “mobile voter” system, which, in particular, allows you to “vote” online and “ without registration" in the occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions.
