Syrskyi: Some troop groups in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be reformatted

Some troop groups in the structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be reformatted in order to “redistribute management personnel potential.”

This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi in his Telegram channel.

He said that during the ten years of war, military command bodies and areas of responsibility of military groups “were formed and changed in accordance with the operational situation and current challenges.”

At present, according to the commander-in-chief, it is necessary to simplify and improve the quality and efficiency of control, taking into account the dynamics of battles.

“One of my priorities is to establish a rotation process for personnel of combat brigades. In particular, some military units have been taking part in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation from the first days of a full-scale invasion,” Syrskyi emphasized.

The Commander-in-Chief added that the military command is also dealing with the issues of resting the military, replenishing weapons and military equipment, and restoring the combat effectiveness of the brigades.

“This process has already been launched and in the future it will only increase,” Syrskyi promised.
