The occupiers shelled the Kharkiv region: they killed a man and wounded 11 people
Russian shelling of the Kharkiv region on April 12 killed at least one civilian. Another 11 people were injured.
The press service of the National Police of Ukraine reported this on the official website on Saturday, April 13. Investigative teams, criminologists, and explosives experts worked at the incident sites. Criminal proceedings have been opened for violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code).
The enemy shelled the town of Vovchansk with artillery. Two civilian men born in 1981 and 1960 were wounded.
The village of Monachynivka also came under artillery fire. A civilian man and a woman were wounded. Seven private households were damaged.
In the village of Vesele, around 12:30, the occupying army attacked with a UAV. A civilian man was injured and hospitalised.
At around 16:00, the Russian Armed Forces attacked people working in a field in the village of Shestakovo with a UAV. Four men were injured.
In the village of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi, residential buildings were damaged by Russian shelling from Uragan MLRS, and pine litter was burning. A civilian man was killed. He was 64 years old.
The invaders attacked the city of Kupyansk with artillery and aviation. A residential building was damaged. Two civilian men were injured.
