Monobank experienced a technical glitch: cards do not work in stores
Monobank experienced a new technical glitch this afternoon that is causing customers to have trouble logging into its mobile app.
Monobank cards may not work when paying at retail outlets, so it is better for people to carry cards from other banks or cash.
Mono does not say why the technical problems arose, but admits that they are on the bank’s side. Elimination dates are not specified.
“Sorry, please, there are currently difficulties on our side that may affect your work with the application or making payments. This issue has already been raised to the highest possible level, and our specialists are working to fix it as soon as possible. Please give us some time,” said the monobank manager.
Customers are advised not to attempt to process payments and to wait for official notification that the outage has been resolved.
