The pro-Russian OPFL MP Vadym Stolar was granted permission to develop Kyiv.

Deputies of the Kyiv City Council from the "Servant of the People" and OPFL failed the vote and did not support the refusal to extend the lease for "NVP ’Restin’".

Now, instead of the historic building in the center of Kyiv (Saksahanskyi House), another high-rise by Stolar may appear.
