Theft of state land with the participation of the Minister of Agriculture Solskyi: scheme participants recall ATO veterans

Participants in the scheme for acquiring land worth UAH 291 million claim that they did not do this, and the plots were allegedly transferred to ATO veterans. This is not true.

The plots were indeed registered in the name of ATO participants, who had the right to receive them free of charge. However, a prerequisite for such registration was the consent of the future owner of the land to lease/sell it to the agricultural holding in whose interests the members of the criminal group acted.
