Zelenskyy stated this during the conference “20 years of the Czech Republic in the EU: a vision of an expanded Europe.”

Zelenskyy said that Europe is doomed to be a space of cooperation in order to remain a space for life. The President emphasized that these are the values that need to be supported and protected.

“We know for sure from the history of our continent that in Europe there are no safe divisions, and even the smallest of them can develop into mortal dangers. In Europe there are no military dangers that hurt only one person and do not affect others,” - said the chairman. states.

Zelenskyy also thanked the leaders of European countries who are now helping Europe, under the Ukrainian flag, overcome Russian aggression.

Not pain and not ruin. Not just one at the cost of the safety of others. The head of state expressed confidence that in the near future Ukraine will begin its path to the European Union. Zelenskyy noted that, in fact, negotiations on this matter could begin as early as June.
