The Ministry of Defence told when it is necessary to undergo a military medical examination

"People (of limited fitness - Ed.) must undergo an examination within 9 months from the date of entry into force of the law. A person cannot undergo the military military check on his own. The person must be sent. If we are talking about a person liable for military service, then he must be sent by the TRC, in which the person stands on accounting," she said.

That is, according to her, this is the mechanism. A person liable for military service is registered with the TRC. In turn, the TRC has information about the “limitedly fit” status of this person liable for military service. And the TRC must inform the person when he must undergo the IVC and issue a referral.

At the same time, Sukhorukova pointed out an important point.

“In any case, I want to emphasize that people’s deputies have assigned the responsibility to re-pass the MMC to citizens. That is, if you do not receive a notification from the TRC for a long period of time, then you should go and update your data yourself,” the official stated.
