Ukrainian fighters hit a water scooter of the Russian Armed Forces sailing across the Dnipro
A flock of Ukrainian drones hunted Russian soldiers on the Dnipro. One UAV was tracking “prey”, others hit a water scooter “flying” across the river.
The Russian Armed Forces tried to quickly and safely cross the Dnipro in the Kherson region. To get around, we decided to use a water scooter, which we used to “rush” from shore to shore. However, they did not have time to fulfill the plan because they encountered Ukrainian FPV drones. Volunteer and social activist Serhiy Sternenko spoke about the details of the special operation of the Defence Forces in the Kherson region in a message on X (Twitter).
Sternenko published footage of the special operation, which was carried out by soldiers of the 79th border detachment. At the beginning of the video, you can see how a reconnaissance drone tracks the movement of a water scooter of the Russian Armed Forces, on which two Russian soldiers are crossing the Dnipro. The moment they land on the shore, an FPV drone hits them directly. A moment later, when the figure of a Russian becomes noticeable and decides to move, a second explosion occurs. The training of the border guards took place so quickly that the waves in the wake of the scooter did not even have time to disperse, the video shows.
“The Russians swam across the Dnipro on a water scooter. They didn’t make it. At least one scum died,” the volunteer summed up.
