Occupants fired at Ukraine with missiles from Tu-95MS: Starokonstantyniv was in the crosshairs

On the night of Thursday, May 30, the aggressor state Russia took to the skies Tu-95MS strategic bombers and launched X-101 cruise missiles. An air raid alert was declared in all regions of Ukraine, and air defense worked to protect the sky.

This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Four bombers of the occupying Russian forces took off from the Olenya airfield in the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation.

The first group of cruise missiles in the Sumy region, in the direction of the Poltava and Chernihiv regions.

At 05:15, the Air Force notified the air raid warning in the regions. According to monitoring channels, during this attack the Russian Armed Forces used:

– X-101/555 cruise missiles from four sides of the Tu-95MS (launch area Saratov region of the Russian Federation)

– attack UAVs of the “Shahed” type.

“The X-101/555 missiles covered the greatest distance of ~1720 km before reaching Starokonstantyniv, Khmelnytskyi region. The missile attack lasted two hours, the UAV attack lasted 5 hours 30 minutes,” the report says.
