In Volyn, ex-tax officer Victoriya Domanska was accused of false declaration

The former deputy head of legal support of the State Tax Service in the Volyn region, Victoriya Domanska, was accused of false declarations (Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code).

This was reported by NAPC and journalist Seredych.

In particular, the declaration does not contain information about the real estate used by Domanska and her family. Namely: a 5-room apartment and a garage in the suburbs of Lutsk were registered in the name of her husband’s brother, but in fact she and her family live in the house.

After the NACP identified these discrepancies, she finally re-registered the housing as her own.

Also, the ex-tax official, who is now engaged in lawyering, did not indicate the cost of her three cars in the declaration.

In total, she tried to hide property worth a total of 3 million UAH.
