The situation in the Kupyansk sector in Kharkiv region is difficult. The armed forces of the Russian Federation want to reach the left bank of the Oskol River. This was reported by the head of the city military administration, Andriy Besyedin, on Espresso TV.

According to him, the occupants do not stop constant shelling, they are hitting the territory of the Kupyansk community, logistics, and critical infrastructure in order to make it impossible for the settlements to function.

The situation in the Kupyansk sector is difficult.

"The enemy really does not stop its attacks, does not stop its desire to push through the defences to reach the lines set by the command," said Andriy Besyedin.

He noted that it is the left bank of the Oskol River. To do this, the Russian occupants are putting pressure from the directions of Sinkivka, Pishchane and Petropavlivka, and are sending large forces. The opening of the frontline in Vovchansk and Lyptsi in Kharkiv region allowed the Russians to pull back some forces from the Kupyansk direction.

Besedin added that the Defence Forces are repelling the Russian Armed Forces and destroying personnel and military equipment.
