Scandalous ex-head of Rivne TRC, who beat his subordinate, is allowed to be released on bail

A year after the court first ordered the detention of Serhiy Lutsyuk, the measure of restraint for the former head of the Rivne Regional Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support was changed.

The local appeal court ruled: the accused can be released from the pre-trial detention center by paying bail in the amount of 454,200 hryvnia (150 subsistence minimum incomes of citizens for able-bodied persons).
