Online recruitment function may appear in “Reserve+”, there will be no e-summons, – Ministry of Defence

In the fall of 2024, the Ministry of Defence plans to launch an online recruitment function in the Reserve+ application.

Deputy Minister of Defence Kateriya Chernohorenko spoke about this in a commentary to the UP article.

"New functions are expected in "Reserve+" in the fall of 2024. The Ministry of Defence plans to launch online recruitment based on the application." According to Chernohorenko, thanks to this function, people will be able to join the army at their own request, but in accordance with the request that will be formed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Deputy Minister of Defence also assured that the Ministry of Defence does not intend to introduce electronic summonses, since there is no legislative basis for this yet.
