The High Anti-Corruption Court placed the former CEO of the state-owned enterprise Selydivuhillya, Serhiy Kobylyatskyi, under round-the-clock house arrest, and the managing director of Mykolaiv Electricity Supply Company, Yevhen Lut, was taken into custody.

The journalist was informed of this by his interlocutors in the anti-corruption agencies and confirmed by the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court, without naming the suspects.

"The investigative judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the motion of the NABU detective and applied a preventive measure in the form of 24-hour house arrest to one of the suspects in the case against the former deputy minister of energy, the former head of a state enterprise. Another suspect, the manager of an LLC, was given a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of UAH 7 million," the court reports.

According to Slovo i Delo’s own sources, we are talking specifically about Kobylyatskyi and Lut.
